9-27-2026 Alto Rural WSC is issuing a boil water notice for FM 241 S to 21 E and CR 2514, because of leaks. To ensure the destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water used for drinking, cooking, and making ice should be boiled and cooled prior to use. The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and boiled for two minutes. If you have any questions, you may call 936-858-4648.

On 9-16-26 Alto Rural WSC issued a boil water notice for FM 241 S of FM 851, all the way to 21 E, from the intersection of FM 241 S and HWY 21 E to the Angelina River, FM 2708 S, CR 2604 and CR 2525, because of a leak. The samples came back good. It is no longer necessary to boil the water. If you have any questions call 936-858-4648.
